Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any standard or stock item until it is ready to ship. For custom or specially ordered items (e.g. helmets, jumpsuits), we will charge your card when we place your order with the factory. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling All our shipping is handled by UPS. Our basic service is UPS STANDARD. To ensure a next-day delivery you must let us know that is what you require. Please tell us this information on Page One of the Checkout in 'Special Delivery Instructions' as part of you order process. Alternatively, you may email or call us seperately with instructions.

Delivery Schedule Where possible, we will always ship orders on the same day they are received and we will normally send your order to you within 5 working days.
We will contact you if there are any stock problems. You may not be charged for your order until it is ready to ship to you, with the exception of custom or specially ordered items (e.g. helmets, jumpsuits), where we will need to take payment when we place your order with the factory. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is added to your order where applicable. If you are ordering from outside the UK or EU, or you think you have a VAT exemption, please contact us so that we can adjust your invoice accordingly. |
Credit Card Security When your order is placed at our website you will be taken to a secure payment site. You will know this site because it has the 'Golden Padlock" symbol towards the foot of the page. We use RBS WorldPay, and PayPal Website Payments.
To ensure the security of credit and debit card payments, we ask that the 'Invoice Address' on your order matches the billing address for your card. Where the address does not match that registered for your card, there may be a delay in the shipment of your order while we confirm your details.
International Customers please be aware we may have to contact you for additional information before we ship your order. This is part of our security and compliance procedure, and helps us to combat fraud. |
| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money or replace any item without quibble, provided it is returned to us unused and undamaged within 14 days. Alternatively you may choose to retain store credit with The Jump Shop to the value of the item that you purchased. Shipping costs will not be refunded in these circumstances. |

Privacy Policy The Jump Shop does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
